4 Can I purchase lots outside of auctions?
Approximately 2 weeks before the auction we publish a pre-auction catalog. In case you are interested to buy any item do not hesitate to reach out to us to learn more about specific lot details and purchase conditions.
5 Can I see lots before an auction?
Please contact us directly and we will be able to arrange personal meeting in out gallery in Prague or pre-view via FaceTime.
6 What are the payment methods?
Payment can be done via wire transfer, credit card, PayPal and also we accept crypto payments.
7 In which currency I can pay for my piece of art?
The auction is held in USD, however, we are able to invoice you in any preferred currency using the current exchange rate valid at the moment of invoicing.
8 What are the delivery options?
You can use the courier delivery service to ensure your piece of art quickly gets to the destination, no matter the country. Alternatively, there is an option to use national post services, however, there is no insurance services provided. The cost of both courier and national post services are calculated and posted for each lot individually. (?)Please contact us separately for personal pick up in our Prague gallery. Standard packaging services are included.
9 What is the course of action in case I receive my purchase with damages that were caused during its transportation?
All parcels sent via courier services are insured. For an additional cost, there is an option to order extra strong protective packaging in a form of a wooden box created for each art piece individually. Please bear in mind that the delivery cost is higher than estimated.
